I totally agree with the other reviews! West End Garage has been the most honest and courteous place I have ever brought my car to for repairs. They deliver the greatest customer service and fairest prices I've ever seen in such a business. I came in yesterday because my car had a gas line leak. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful when I came in, and although the whole place was busy, the mechanics brought my car in to take a look and give me the scoop of what needs to happen and for how much. The guys were very nice and informative by showing me the section of the gas line that needed replaced and gave me the best, most affordable solution. They did not pressure me at all, and gave me a very good price estimate and told me I could come back tomorrow morning and they will have the part for me and squeeze me in their tight schedule to make sure my car is dependable again (I live in Kansas City, Mo and have to drive 6 hours home). I came back this morning and they gave me a warm welcome back before starting work on my car. I hadn't eaten anything and when lunch time hit I was so hungry I was starting to feel weak. That's when the ladies offered to drive me somewhere to get lunch! After one of the ladies took me out to pick up some food, I felt loads better. Not long after that, one of the mechanics came out and showed me my old gas line that they had removed. It was rusted so bad that it crumbled in half! The mechanic told me that they had just finished up and that another mechanic is out test driving my vehicle. When my car returned I was relieved she was no longer leaking or smelling like gas! If I am ever back in the area and need anything for my vehicle I am definitely coming back to West End Garage. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

These guys were awesome. They were nice and fixed my RV while I was on a road trip by myself. They took mud daubers out of a pressure release valve instead of charging me an arm and an leg for something I really did not need, and they fixed the leaks left by the mechanic I saw the day before. They were able to get me back on the road the same days and were honest and great about it. I love them and would recommend them to anybody. My heroes.

West End Garage took care of my Jeep for me at a very reasonable price. The staff was knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I’ll recommend them to anyone needing auto work done and I will definitely use them in the future.

Honest, reliable, quick, efficient, and doesn’t try pushing extra things down your throat to get extra money. I would recommend West End Garage to everybody. I dealt with Tim Baker and he answered all of my questions honestly and dumbed it down for me as well because I don’t know much about cars. The front desk lady (never got her name unfortunately) was a sweetheart as well.

Tim took my old 1993 Mustang that had overheated and blew head gasket. Got it running great and fixed a few other things before he felt comfortable giving it back. Trustworthy and reasonably priced

Just used West End Garage for the first time this week. I was VERY happy! Their prices were very reasonable and they kept me informed of the progress of the work. They were knowledgeable without being arrogant or condescending which is especially refreshing as a woman who understands nothing about vehicles. I have definitely found my go-to mechanic for any future needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs service on their vehicles.

I came to the shop with a check engine light on, and the guys were able to get me in right away and solve the problem. Great customer service and communication! They were genuine, kind, and professional. I know where I will be going if I have any more car issues. They even reached out the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly 😊 10/10 recommend!!!

I'm VERY pleased with West End Auto. After being quoted a very high price and told by the dealership that my engine would need replacing, West End was able to resolve the issue without putting in a new engine and for a fraction of the dealership's quote. The staff was friendly, professional, kind and expedient. Will take all my vehicles there for service.

I had my brakes and struts replaced by Dakota at West End Garage, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dakota took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, and he provided a fair and accurate estimate with no surprises. The work was completed quickly and with great attention to detail—my car drives smoother and feels safer than it has in a long time. Dakota’s communication, honesty, and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend West End Garage and will definitely return for future service.
